I'm a girl who wants to get into punk culture, but I'm constantly being told that "black people have enough issues with their skin color" and that i don't need to die my hair this or get this pierced. i'm sick of being told i can't do something because of my skin tone and race. you know what i say to that and the people who keep putting me down?
